Photovoltaic Specialists Team Up

Lighting and solar power specialist Strategies Unlimited has partnered with SPV Market Research, a new company started by one-time employee Paula Mints, to offer services including photovoltaic market research and custom consulting.

Strategies Unlimited has been working in photovoltaic markets since the 1970s, and also covers the LED & Lighting, Lasers and Photonics industries. Mints worked most recently at Navigant Consulting as a Director in its Energy Division, responsible for its Solar Services Program. Her spell at Strategies Unlimited, as a Senior Market Analyst, came prior to this. Recognised as a writer and speaker in the global solar technologies market, she is currently working with the CPV consortium to develop its forecast, and is a frequent contributor to publications Renewable Energy World and Renewable Energy Focus.

In the coming year, the partners will publish quarterly and biannual reports on key topics in the solar industry, looking at technologies, suppliers, markets and participants. They will also provide custom research on request.
