P\S\L Hires Douglas for Chief Strategy Role

In London, healthcare research specialist The P\S\L Group has appointed sector veteran Bob Douglas as Chief Strategy Officer.

As well as its London office, P\S\L has regional headquarters in New York, Shanghai and Singapore, with additional operations elsewhere in Asia and North America, and in western Europe.

Douglas (pictured) joins with 30 years' healthcare market research experience gained both client and agency side. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Custom Research at Ipsos Healthcare, prior to which he was the Global Head of Healthcare at Synovate and Head of International Research at TNS Healthcare. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, Wellcome (now part of GSK) and Hoffmann-La Roche. In addition, he currently serves as Chair of the EphMRA Ethics Committee.
