TLE Names MD in Singapore and Opens in India

The Leading Edge (TLE) has expanded in Asia with a number of new hires, including Justin Garrett as Managing Director in its Singapore office. The firm has also opened a new office in New Delhi, India.

TLE is headquartered in Sydney, with additional offices in Sao Paulo, New York and London, where it has just appointed Chris Paxton as UK Managing Director.

Garrett (pictured) joins from TNS, where he was in charge of a team of twelve who work with clients in the financial services, logistics, travel and tourism, leisure and education sectors. Prior to this he was Director, Client Solutions (Financial Services) at Nielsen in Hong Kong, and worked client-side as Manager, Consumer Insights at Suncorp and Research Manager at Westpac.

Joining Garrett's Singapore-based team are Client Director Amit Phatak and Account Manager Shu Hua Yip. These two will work alongside Neena Khattar and Jane Guo who will continue to lead the qual practice.

Shweta Sabharwal Mallik, who originally joined TLE Singapore in 2007, will head the Indian office. She previously served as Qual Insight Manager at The Research Pacific Group, Senior Project Director at IMRB, and Associate Project Director at TNS NFO.
