Standard Life's McCreadie Joins Nunwood

Customer experience management consultancy Nunwood has appointed Standard Life's former Head of Insight Carol McCreadie as Client Services Director, with responsibility for a portfolio of clients in the financial sector.

Carol McCreadieLast summer, Nunwood re-launched its UK, US, Australian and New Zealand businesses with a new model which focuses on 'insight-powered customer experience management' (CEM).The move followed the agency's acquisition of California-based training and change management consultancy Retention Specialists.

McCreadie (pictured) joins after seventeen years at Standard Life, the last four of which, were spent as Head of Insight. In this role, she created a market intelligence function, and was responsible for providing data at a strategic and operational level, and creating and implementing global brand measurement. Earlier, she spent eleven years as the firm's Marketing Manager, during which time, she built the market research capability and brought together the data analysis and market research functions into one division.
