SusOpiniones Debuts Qual Research App

US Latino panel SusOpiniones has launched SusPing, a qualitative research app that takes brands 'directly into Latino lives' through their iPhones and Android smartphones.

Jaimie KorodyThe app integrates the SusOpiniones Latino panel and the Revelation|Next platform, giving access to custom-defined Latino research communities through web and mobile via an interface based on social media sites.

The firm says Latino smartphone penetration at 57% is higher than the general population, and mobile is the preferred way to go online for three in every four. SusPing panelists are recruited from the SusOpiniones panel, and panel size is small ('built for efficiency') with from 15-50 panel members while studies last from 3 days to 2 weeks.

CEO Jaimie Korody (pictured) comments: 'We're excited to offer both brands and Latino consumers a truly intuitive and creative tool for sharing insights. It's our view that if the research experience is fun for the consumer, better brand insights are gained.'
