Three Senior Hires for Majestic and MRSS India

Asian firm Majestic MRSS has appointed Majid Dasurkar as Regional Manager - MENA, while sister agency MRSS India has hired Bhawana Sinha as Senior Director - Client Servicing, and Ashutosh Jathar as Director - Project Management.

Established in 1992, full service agency Majestic MRSS works with clients in a range of countries including India, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, UAE, China, Japan and South Korea. Last year, the company partnered with former Nielsen MD Sarang Panchal to launch a new full service agency called MRSS India, to offer Indian marketers local access to technology for consumer insight generation.

Dasurkar joins the Middle East operations of Majestic MRSS having previously worked with GfK Middle East, Feedback MR, MARG Market Research and Lowe LINTAS.

Sinha becomes a member of the MRSS India team with more than fifteen years' experience in fields including sensory science and brand strategy, from senior roles at Kellogg's, Unilever, and ConAgra Foods in the US; and Marico and Quantum Consumer Solutions in India.

Jathar takes up his new position at MRSS India with more than twenty years' experience including a range of business development, project management and field positions at Market Probe, Hansa Research, IMRB International, McCann Erickson and MBA Gallup.

Co-founder and President (Global) Raj Sharma says the group expects to make further 'significant expansions to its team' globally over the coming months, and adds: 'We are extremely excited with the addition of these three professionals as they bring unique strengths to diverse functions in our organization.'
