West Monroe Buys CRM and BI Firm Madrona

Business tech consultancy West Monroe Partners has acquired Seattle-based customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) services provider Madrona Solutions Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Tom BolgerMadrona has offices in Raleigh, North Carolina and Seattle, Washington. Its BI arm offers self-service tools that enable organizations to capture their most relevant data and turn it into actionable information; and its Dynamics CRM solution helps enterprise clients build relationship management solutions.

As part of the deal, Madrona's team of 23 people in Seattle and six in Raleigh have joined West Monroe Partners, and Madrona executives Brian Paulen, Jeff Finken, Scott Kostojohn and Rod Achtmann-Mendoza have joined the firm as directors, with a remit to help expand the West Coast and East Coast leadership teams.
