Research Services Firm Launched in Chennai

In Chennai, India, former Krea exec Arindam Bhattacharya has set up a new firm called ResearchSuite Technologies, offering survey programming, translations and data analytics solutions.

Bhattacharya (pictured) previously served as Team Leader - Client Service at healthcare panel specialist Krea, prior to which he held the same job title at panel exchange operator Cint. Earlier, he was a Lead Project Manager at online community and survey technology provider Toluna, and held project management roles at Greenfield Online before the company was sold to Toluna.

His new company offers a range of data preparation and tabulation, survey programming and survey hosting for CATI and CAWI, and translation services to clients in the online market research sector, as well as to end clients.

Commenting on the launch, Bhattacharya said: 'Our focus is squarely on automation, quick turnaround and cost effectiveness which is what the client is looking for today.
