New Adshel Division to Quench Client Thirst for Insight

Australian outdoor media company Adshel has launched a Strategic Integration (SI) Division and recruited media strategist Charlotte Vente to lead it.

Charlotte ValenteAccording to www.mumbrella.com.au , the agency is expanding and restructuring its marketing team in response to findings from its own research among 300 media and marketing professionals in the country: this reported frustration at the lack of genuine client-focused data despite a lot of talk about insight-driven strategy. Adshel says the new SI division, which will combine the strategy, research, creative, innovation and product marketing teams, will put data-led strategy 'at the heart of marketing operations'.

Valente, who previously ran her own media strategy agency, will report to Director of Marketing Nicole McInnes. Joining her in the new team are Sarah Hughes joining from APN Outdoor and Leah Buckley from Pacific Magazines.
