'Influencer' Researcher MSS Opens in London

US-based 'influencer' research specialist MSS has opened an office in London, led by Susan Luebke, who has been promoted to Director, Global Research and Analytics.

Susan LuebkeMSS offers 'near custom' research to help marketers develop tools to drive brand recommendations at the point of purchase. The firm provides information about 'influencers' across nineteen categories - from beverages to passenger car lubricants - in more than 30 countries.

The new office - which adds to existing operations in Scottsdale, CT, and Vero Beach, FL - will be led by qual and quant researcher Luebke (pictured), who joined the firm seven years ago, having previously served as a Business Analyst at the Arizona Supreme Court.

MSS President Kevin Moran comments: 'Our volume of global research continues to increase year over year, with more than 60% of our revenue derived from outside the US. Having an office in London - the center for European research - enhances our ability to support our clients not only in Europe, but many other far-reaching parts of the world as well.
