Sailthru Integrates with Facebook Custom Audiences

US-based marketing personalization firm Sailthru has introduced a system allowing users to connect with consumers with interests similar to those of their existing high value customers, via Facebook Custom Audiences.

Neil CapelFounded in 2008, the New York, San Francisco, and London-based firm offers proprietary software which tracks site, e-mail, mobile, off-line and social media behavior and develops an interest profile for each unique customer, for use in targeting and optimizing marketing campaigns. In January, the firm added an advanced analytics feature to its platform, helping marketers identify revenue and retention opportunities from customer behavior trends.

The new functionality enables Sailthru clients to target prospects, build personalized Facebook ad campaigns, and engage their most valuable customers via Custom Audiences. Using the system, marketers can create Custom Audiences on Facebook using Sailthru's proprietary interest data and individual user profiles, including real-time information about cross-channel behaviour.
