Catalytics Hires Former Reckner Leader Steve Aukers

Catalytics Performance Consulting, the US-based management consultancy set up in January by Bill Guerin, has appointed Steve Aukers as Senior Catalyst.

Guerin worked with Aukers at TNS, and has also held senior positions at Total Research Corporation, Harris Interactive, PPL, and more recently, at MR industry change management consulting firm Cambiar. His recently launched firm focuses on initiating change and performance improvement for its clients, while offering expertise in business strategy, team performance, sales and marketing effectiveness, and organizational change.

Aukers (pictured) worked at MR agency Reckner as CEO, and before this at TNS as Head of Strategic Planning, leading the day-to-day operations and management of the Client Service division; and earlier he was Head of Marketing Research and Strategic Intelligence at DHL Worldwide Express.
