AudienceScience Hires Innovation Leader

In the US, behavioral targeting and data management firm AudienceScience has hired Danny Kim for the newly created role of Director of Innovation, based in the Bellevue, WA office.

Danny KimThe company's Audience Gateway platform enables advertisers to store and analyze on and off-line data, build proprietary audiences and target them in real-time. In addition, the firm offers a targeting marketplace, which records billions of 'behavioral events' daily from hundreds of millions of unique Internet users.

Kim (pictured) joins with a product management background gained at wireless and mobile carriers including AT&T and T-Mobile. He is credited with having helped launch the iPhone, and rolling out a live streaming TV service on mobile devices.

In his new role, he will be responsible for helping advertisers understand how consumers interact with the Internet, and how mobile devices result in new behavior. He will also focus on the firm's Universal ID mobile technology, which allows brand marketers to anonymously connect consumer behavior across devices.
