US Firms Aim to Improve Incentives

August 13 2015

In the US, partner firms Virtual Incentives and icanmakeitbetter have developed a system to improve the distribution of incentives to research participants, including the 'instant' delivery of a wide range of rewards.

The partnership, which was formed last year, brought together Virtual Incentives' API integration and Visa-based prepaid platform with icanmakeitbetter's all-in-one, device-agnostic insight community and customer feedback solution, which includes surveys, live chat, discussion forums and panel management. The firms say the collaboration has produced a system whose benefits include faster delivery of incentives to respondents , 'ease-of-use along the research continuum, including for end clients', and reliable support staff to manage incentives programs end-to-end.

Matt Thurston, COO of icanmakeitbetter, comments: 'Before this partnership, we were offering one type of reward. As we expanded globally and across multiple consumer and business audiences we worried that a single reward type would not be as compelling as offering our members their choice of a myriad of reward types to fit their lifestyle and needs. With Virtual Incentives, our clients are freed to spend more time turning research data into actionable insights and less time troubleshooting incentives'.

The partners are online at www.virtualincentives.com and www.icanmakeitbetter.com .
