iCrossing Names UK CEO

In London, digital marketing agency and online buzz measurement specialist iCrossing has promoted Chief Strategy Officer Mark Iremonger to the role of UK CEO, replacing Paul Doleman who is leaving the business.

Mark IremongerThe firm offers a range of marketing services including SEO and web development as well as research and analytics. Acquired by media and marketing giant Hearst Corporation in 2010, it recently launched an online tool called ResponsiveAi, which combines data from Hearst's more than 200 million worldwide users with client-owned first party and other third party data.

Iremonger (pictured) joined the firm three years ago from digital agency Proximity BBDO, where he served as Head of Digital and Planning. Earlier, he was MD of production studio unit9, MD of cross-channel digital marcoms specialist Sleeper, and Head of Film & Video at Maritz.

In his new role, he replaces Doleman who is leaving the company to 'pursue interests outside of the digital agency business'. Iremonger now reports to CEO Nick Brien, who comments: 'Our culture has always been grounded in performance, driven by data and technology and fuelled by strategy and ideas. Mark has played an invaluable role in harnessing these different skills to drive a competitive advantage for the agency, so I'm delighted he is stepping into the CEO role whilst also joining our global leadership team'.
