Instantly Updates Enable Further Access to Sample

October 23 2015

Research and technology firm Instantly has launched new features giving researchers direct access to its Automated Sample and to predefined audiences. Currently available in the US, the updates will be released in the UK before the end of the year.

Jim CollinsInstantly, which was previously known as uSamp, offers an audience and insights platform giving researchers and marketers access to consumer and other data. The latest updates include unrestricted access to the firm's Automated Sample solution, through which businesses can target specific consumers for research, purchase sample, and manage studies. Previously, only users with special permissions could use Automated Sample.

Further updates include new templates for targeting popular consumer segments, such as millennials, high income individuals and primary grocery shoppers. The company is also making its Automated Sample API available to research firms and other businesses who want to access Instantly sample within their internal or preferred systems. With these updates, any Instantly user will be able to log in to Automated Sample, build an audience, view pricing and feasibility, and create and save projects. Users can also use the platform to request a quote for sample or build and launch a survey to real consumers online or on their mobile devices.

EVP of Audiences Jim Collins (pictured) comments: 'Today's market researchers are being asked to complete studies in short order, which is why our audiences solutions are flexible and fast enough to accommodate their changing needs. We're dedicated to improving sample delivery through technology and to helping our clients achieve greater efficiency in their day to day research'.
