US-based ad agency Arnold Worldwide has hired former McKinsey exec Nisha Dass to oversee its Business Strategy & Analytics team.The Havas subsidiary offers a range of advertising and design services from offices on five continents. Dass (pictured) joins in Boston with nearly two decades of experience in business consulting across a wide range of industries. Most recently, she was SVP, Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at conglomerate the Massy Group. Prior to this, she spent seven years at McKinsey & Company, latterly as an Associate Principal with a focus on strategy, organization and transformational change. During her career, she has also held senior positions at Prism Services, Network Strategy Partners, and the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago.
In her new role as EVP, Global Director, Business Strategy & Analytics, Corporate Strategy, she will report to Global President Pam Hamlin, who comments: 'We are on a mission to elevate the importance of creativity in business, and Nisha will help us do that by expanding our use of data, business strategy and analytics to inspire and power the impact of our ideas. We're thrilled to have her join the agency and lead what is already a very strong team in this area'.
