Revionics Buys Pricing Intelligence Firm Marketyze

Austin, Texas-based merchandise optimization specialist Revionics has acquired Israeli online competitive pricing intelligence firm Marketyze, in a deal reportedly worth tens of millions of dollars.

Marc HafnerMarketyze develops pricing intelligence software for the online and traditional retail industry, delivering matching accuracy, along with visualization and drill-down services for competitive insights.

Revionics says the acquisition brings together 'unmatched' real-time market, competitive data collection and customer intelligence in order to deliver pricing, promotion and assortment services across all channels. In addition, the deal extends the Revionics Dynamic Pricing solution, by providing real-time competitive price monitoring and analytical insights from a single solution.
