NetBase Adds Facebook Topic Data to Platform

In the US, social media analytics firm NetBase has integrated Facebook topic data into its platform, to help marketers uncover new opportunities for engaging with social media audiences.

Peter CaswellFacebook topic data provides a direct view into what the site's 1.59 billion active members are sharing and engaging with, while protecting their privacy. Through the new service, marketers will gain access to new consumer insights of roughly 60 attributes including country, language and topics; along with self-declared demographic information such as age, gender, location and aggregated insight into billions of interactions including posts, shares, likes, comments, tags, media types, and links.
