Socialbakers Expands Team in Asia

Czech Republic-based social media monitoring company Socialbakers has appointed Charles Tidswell as Vice President, Asia, based at the firm's office in Singapore.

Launched in 2009, Socialbakers offers benchmarking and impact analysis for clients' marketing campaigns across all major social networks. Tidswell (pictured) joins after four years at eCommerce marketing platform SaleCycle, where he most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to this, he worked for telecoms firm SmartRoam, where he was part of the founding team responsible for the development and launch of the firm's ChatTime app. Earlier, he was MD, S.E. Asia at Facilitate Digital; Regional Operations Director at Asurion; APAC Account Manager at Cisco Systems; and Digital Director at Wunderman Asia Pacific.
