Retail and healthcare data giant IRI has appointed former Reckitt Benckiser exec Caspar Netscher as Executive Vice President of Regional Client Growth Development (CGD), based in its Netherlands office.
Netscher (pictured) joins with twenty years' of international commercial experience, and an in-depth knowledge of the FMCG and health sectors. Most recently, he was Director International Retail & Distribution at mobile virtual network operator Lebara Mobile. Prior to this, he spent twelve years in senior roles at Reckitt Benckiser in South Africa, Australia and the Netherlands; and he worked at Henkel and Gillette.
In his new role, Netscher's remit is to support IRI's growth strategy by driving new business revenue and focusing on client retention. He reports to President of International José Carlos González-Hurtado, who comments: 'Caspar combines a solid strategic perspective with the ability to drive operational excellence through leading the implementation of best practice. His energy, combined with his ability to develop very strong top-to-top relationships with clients, will play a key part in realizing our vision for growth.'
