Expansion Funds for Ad Platform SourceKnowledge

Video ad technology company SourceKnowledge has announced $1.5m in financing, which it will use to scale growth in its performance advertising platform Engage.

Patrick HopfEngage helps mobile gaming and app publishers, eCommerce brands and others to view conversion metrics and other transparent reporting for digital advertising elements including video and display assets, data targeting and re-engagement across multiple devices.

The new funds, which came from BDC Capital, a subsidiary of the Business Development Bank of Canada, will also help with increased marketing in North America, where the development team has already doubled in size in the second half of 2015. During the year, the company also opened offices in Vancouver and grew its other SaaS offering, Reach DSP, by more than 900% between Q1 and Q4.
