Data Partnership for Eyeota and Media iQ

Big data modeller Media iQ has announced a global partnership with audience data specialist Eyeota, and will use its segments to help clients optimise their ad campaigns.

Media iQ offers a platform called AiQ, which pulls in large volumes of data, models it and helps clients to take action based on the results. The firm has more than 200 staff, with headquarters in the UK and offices in Germany, the US, Canada, India and Singapore. Eyeota, which already has deals with GfKand Kantar Media, holds more than two billion unique profiles based on third party audience data, and helps marketers focus campaigns and monetize their audiences more widely.

The partners say the latest deal will enhance the performance of AiQ. John Goulding, Global Product Director, Media iQ says the deal will help 'generate enhanced pre-campaign insight that can accelerate the optimisation process and deliver next-level performance for advertisers'. Eyeota CEO Kevin Tan comments: 'We are pleased to partner with Media iQ to serve as an analytics vehicle for strategic media buys'.
