Bloomberg Media Names Global Head of Data and Insights

Bloomberg Media has hired former Dentsu Aegis Network exec Michelle Lynn as Global Head of Data Science and Insights, responsible for leading initiatives, and managing Data and Research teams globally from its office in New York.

Michelle LynnBloomberg Media is the consumer-facing arm of multi-platform business Bloomberg LP and employs more than 2,600 journalists and analysts in over 120 countries, delivering news across digital, TV, radio, print magazines and live events. Lynn (pictured) joins from ad giant Dentsu Aegis Network, where as Chief Insight Officer she oversaw all insight, research and data analytics for existing clients and new business pitches, while driving thought leadership and agency point of view on audiences and data strategy. She worked previously at media agency network Carat, which she joined in 1998, rising to the role of EVP and MD of Dentsu Aegis-owned Carat Insight & Intelligence, and sister agency Vizeum Insight & Intelligence. She began her career at Media Buying Services and Saatchi & Saatchi.
