UK-based Chime Insight & Engagement has made more than two dozen new appointments across the business, including former Sainsbury's Customer Insight Manager Simon Rawlinson as Insight Director.Rawlinson (pictured) joins from MEC, where he served as Analytics Director, analyzing client and competitive spend, and contextualizing the data with local market understanding. Prior to this, he was Insight and Strategy Manager at Cosine, Commercial Director at GfK Mystery Shopping, and Customer Insight Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets. In his new role, Rawlinson will focus on helping clients improve customer experience using specialist voice of customer agency Watermelon's range of real-time dashboards. In addition, Watermelon has appointed four new analysts, as well as Consultant Mark Konyi-Kiss, who previously held survey programming roles at Instantly and Research Now.
Telephone research specialist Facts International adds Amy Russell, who joins from Ipsos MORI as an Associate Director, leading the delivery of large-scale research programmes, and managing client relationships from proposal through to delivery. Olga Mordovina takes up the role of Senior Project Director, with a background in healthcare projects from Medefield, Toluna and WorldOne. Additionally, CIE's London-based agency Opinion Leader has hired Nick Maybanks as Associate Director, with a background in NGO and public sector research gained while working for the BBC Media Action, the broadcaster's overseas development charity.
