WGSN Launches Insight Resource and Content Team

In New York, fashion trend analysis and forecasting specialist WGSN has launched a dedicated resource for trends across consumer insights, retail strategy, marketing, and innovation; supported by a global editorial team which will focus on building content and expertise for the product.

Kevin SilkWGSN uses analytics and custom research techniques to study seasonal fashion trends across apparel, accessories and interiors. The new WGSN Insight will publish reports on everything from generational attitudes, consumer insights, retail strategy and marketing, to innovation, culture, technology, social media and regional specific analysis. Content will range from 'bite-sized updates and thought starters' to white papers, videos and podcasts.

The new team will be overseen by Lorna Hall, alongside Andrea Bell, who will direct Consumer Insights. Duncan Baizley, previously Managing Editor of WIRED UK, will join as Senior Commissioning Editor and work alongside editors based in New York, London and Hong Kong.
