French Customer Service Consultancy Opens in London

Paris-based customer service consultancy Academie du Service has opened an office in London, led by co-founder and Partner Claire Bonniol.

Claire BonniolFounded in 2004, the firm provides expertise in service marketing, management and behavioural training, and conducts its own applied research on service through its Service Lab Foundation. Its offer comprises consultancy in service strategy; training in management and customer relations; management of operational projects to strengthen service culture and the quality of customer relations; and support in creating or transforming corporate universities.

As part of its launch in the UK, the firm has rolled out a white paper on service culture, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Bonniol (pictured) comments: 'We are delighted to be opening up in London. As we work for many of France's largest companies, we have always had a very international approach to our clients, but believe that we have a lot to offer by being present in the UK market where there are very specific cultural issues in relation to customer services'.
