UK Customer Analytics Firm BlueVenn Expands to US

Bristol, UK-based marketing automation and customer analytics specialist BlueVenn has opened a US headquarters in Boston.

Curt BloomBlueVenn provides marketers with tools for identifying, segmenting, understanding and engaging with customers. Its marketing platform enables marketers to analyse customer data and extract insights, and the newly-developed 'cross-journey communication' function is used to automatically analyze and tag individuals based on their behavior along their customer journey.

The new office is led by US President of Operations Curt Bloom (pictured), who officially joined the firm earlier in the year with more than 35 years' international sales, marketing and business development experience. Most recently, he served as US Advisor for a number of companies including messaging platform MobiPronto, mobile marketing platform 3radical, customer comms data firm Chorally, and for BlueVenn for the past three years. Earlier, he was Chief Revenue Officer at advocate management platform Crowdly, President/EVP Sales & Marketing at social media analysis firm Crimson Hexagon, and CEO of software firm smartFOCUS.

Commenting on the expansion to the US, Bloom said: 'We are delighted to expand our operations, call Boston our home and are excited to bring BlueVenn's deep customer analytic expertise directly to the US market'.
