Funds for Marketing and Analytics Platform Springbot

In the US, eCommerce marketing and analytics platform Springbot has closed a $10m Series B round of funding, which it will use to expand its sales and marketing efforts, develop and launch a marketing data co-op, grow its team, and develop new strategic partnerships.

Brooks RobinsonSpringbot's cloud-based platform for small to medium-sized online retailers, combines marketing automation and marketing analytics for the integration of data, content, and multi-channel marketing tools needed to help eCommerce web site owners drive more traffic, conversions, and revenue.

The firm's new funding has been led by Harbert Growth Partners with participation from existing investors including Tech Operators and TTV Capital. It will also be used to launch an eCommerce Scorecard to help retailers benchmark their performance; and for product development of the firm's 'Marketing Robotics' service, which offers prescriptive analytics and marketing optimization features.
