UK-based cart abandonment analytics and personalisation specialist Yieldify has raised $6m in its second funding round.Founded by brothers Jay and Meelan Radia in 2013 and with offices in London, New York and Sydney, Yieldify has developed a platform analysing abandonment across multiple channels, allowing brands to personalise follow-up and convert abandoning visitors into customers. The Yieldify Conversion Platform, launched in February, allows this personalization via overlays and notifications.
The new funding was led by Binomial Ventures, with participation from others including Conversant CEO John Giuliani who joins the Board as Chairman, and Tom Singh, founder of fashion chain New Look. This latest round adds to the 2015 $11.5m investment, led by Google Ventures and SoftBank Capital.
CEO and co-founder Jay Radia (pictured) comments: 'Today's investment is a fantastic endorsement of our vision from some of the most respected voices in the industry. Yieldify is on a mission to define the future of marketing and this funding will secure our ability to execute on that at speed and at scale. We're delighted to welcome John on board as our Chairman and excited to see what we can achieve with his guidance'.
