Metric Centric Launches Audience Impact Score

In the US, Washington-based advisory practice Metric Centric has launched a standard called the Audience Impact Score (AIS), giving financial sector clients a combined view of market sentiment and perception of a business, product, or service.

George AssimakopoulosThe firm helps clients identify who the best customers are, how to positively influence them, and if any unique competitors exist in the marketplace. The new proprietary AIS approach has been developed to enable private equity firms to understand a company's market position; drawing on multiple data points to determine how its brand presence is perceived, benchmarked against its competitors. It can be used for ongoing monitoring of audience perception across both B2B and B2C markets, and includes a weighted analysis that considers message influence score data, source influence score data, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data as a baseline.
