Further Launches Concept Evaluation and Text Tools

August 5 2020

Online MR and technology company Further has launched two tools on its Together platform, one for analysing unstructured data and the other for concept testing.

Stephen CribbettFurther develops online research communities, and provides services ranging from a self-service qual research platform, to managed services and full-service research. The new Ranking tool sits within its quant survey toolkit, and enables researchers to compare items - such as ideas, design and creative concepts - and order them according to pre-defined characteristics. As well as speeding up the time it takes to evaluate concepts, Ranking also helps participant recognition of concepts by supporting rich media and visual concepts.

The second tool analyses unstructured text-based data collected through survey question responses, discussions, blogs, diaries, and image and video descriptors. It enables users to compare more than one collection of written texts at the same time, filtering by question, segment, and other criteria; and offers visual representation through Word Clouds and 'Frequencies'.

CEO Stephen Cribbett (pictured) comments: 'We're pushing the ability to qual at scale and speed, and responding to an increasing need to test and evaluate concepts qualitatively. These new tools form part of a series of new releases aimed at helping researchers to better research, quicker and easier'.
