September 30 2020

In the UK, online community specialist Join the Dots has taken the name of its parent InSites Consulting, which acquired it in July 2019.

Quentin Ashby and Andy CummingJoin the Dots, which was launched in 1998 and then bought out by its management in 2017, combines primary research with psychology, behavioural economics and consumer trend tracking. Fifteen months since the firm's acquisition by global consumer agency InSites Consulting, the business now known as InSites Consulting UK has seven research teams based across Manchester and London. InSites Consulting now has a team of more than 600 people across seventeen offices - Bangkok, Düsseldorf, Ghent, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Johannesburg, London, Manchester, Manila, New York, Paris, Rotterdam, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Timisoara - on five continents; and former Join the Dots CEO Quentin Ashby has now been named Head of People & Culture of InSites Consulting.

Andy Cumming, MD of InSites Consulting UK, comments: 'Our rebrand to InSites Consulting is an exciting step for our people and great news for our clients. We will continue to offer local, personalised servicing, whilst benefiting from global reach and scale. Our goal for InSites Consulting UK is to bring people and platforms together. We can now do this more efficiently thanks to our global consumer networks, which include mainstream consumers, leading-edge Illume guides and eÿeka creatives'.
