HCD Launches 'Implicit On-Demand'

January 28 2021

New Jersey-based MR and applied consumer neuroscience company HCD Research has launched a service called 'Implicit On-Demand', allowing clients to rapidly design, integrate and report studies of the consumer subconscious.

Glenn KesslerHCD uses MR tools to support the creation of products, packaging and communications, and cognitive and neuromarketing tools to understand sensory, user and brand experience. Using a mix of MR technology and psychological and neuroscientific methods, the new service provides a simple online setup and reporting dashboard, 24-hour turnaround programming with survey integration guidance, and 24-hour turnaround of statistical subconscious results.

The solution embeds into quant and qual research to reveal subconscious associations influencing consumer perceptions and behavior. Designed for high volume and fast turnaround implicit research needs, the tool can run remotely with little help, while HCD's expertise and client services team will also be available to help with design when requested.

Company President Glenn Kessler (pictured) comments: 'There are some segments which require fast turnaround and high volumes research, such as in the product testing area. There is a need for an easy, accessible tool that helps clients get subconscious consumer insights to make better business decisions. Implicit On-Demand will meet this need'.
