The Decision Co. Buys Controlling Stake in response:AI

In the US, survey research and predictive analytics specialist The Decision Co. has acquired a controlling interest in market research platform response:AI. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Frederick Barber and Tom BroughtonDallas, Texas-based response:AI, which also has offices in Prague and Tokyo, offers an AI-based automated approach to the delivery of quantitative research projects. Uses include product and service testing, brand equity and image analysis, market and consumer analysis, and ad development and testing.

As part of the deal, response:AI CEO Frederick Barber and marketer Claire Bierzynski join The Decision Co. as VP and Marketing Coordinator respectively. Barber says the response:AI platform provides a technical solution for The Decision Co. combining survey scripting with programmatic access to respondents and an AI-powered data analysis and reporting engine.

Tom Broughton, President at The Decision Co., adds: 'We had the opportunity to partner with Frederick Barber and his team at response:AI on several projects over the last twelve months and were very impressed with their knowledge and the platform itself.
