California-based big data management firm Actian has launched a solution called Customer 360, designed to simplify and accelerate the delivery of customer insights.
Actian's solutions help users extract business intelligence from their big data, and include hybrid data products, fully managed cloud services and mobile and IoT Edge data management. The new Customer 360 tool, available through the firm's Avalanche Analytics service, has been designed to help clients with siloes of customer experience and intelligence data further micro-segment it to understand changes in buyer needs and behavior. The solution integrates with existing systems and delivers real-time, persona-based insight to flag new prospect opportunities and drive customer engagement.
