Kochava Acquires Cross-Device Data Firm DigiCenter

In the US, mobile app analytics specialist Kochava has acquired DigiCenter, which delivers identity and cross-device graph data on recent or in-the-moment interests, for real-time targeting of customers and prospects.

The acquisition - terms of which were not disclosed - enhances mobile-first data marketplace the Kochava Collective, with the addition of DigiCenter's data, collected via opt-ins with audit trails on events collected and profiles created. The firm says this covers more than 320 million unique people in the US, 180 million unique households, 1 billion unique e-mails, and 200 billion ongoing monthly events.

Following the deal, the DigiCenter team will join Kochava and founder and CEO Domenic Perfetti (pictured) has been named General Manager of the Kochava Collective. Perfetti comments: 'Working with Kochava over the past few years has proven the depth, strength, accuracy, and positive results of our combined offerings in adding value to clients. We're already seeing great results by joining forces and are looking forward to what the future holds'.
