FlexMR Adds Stakeholder / Respondent Conversation Tool

June 10 2021

Gareth BowdenHeadquartered in the Lake District, with additional offices in the US and Germany, FlexMR offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, as well as a multi-language software product supported by its insight professionals. The firm's InsightHub provides an integrated platform which brings together its range of existing research tools and services.

The new Video Close Connection Programme has been developed to hook up business decision-makers directly with customers. FlexMR Research Project Manager Gareth Bowden (pictured) comments: 'It's hard to overstate the transformative power of live, interactive customer engagement. Using our video tools, we are able to create easy one-to-one conversations between stakeholders and respondents, forming a comfortable environment for easy insight generation. Connecting stakeholders and decision-makers with real, direct feedback really drives empathy and tangible changes'.
