Fishawack Health Buys AI Insights Firm closerlook

UK healthcare communications agency Fishawack Health has acquired closerlook, which offers skills and software products to provide life science brands with real-time insights through which to develop targeted personalized campaigns. Terms were not disclosed.

Chicago-based closerlook uses artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to help clients develop omnichannel strategies, creative, and digital marketing and media solutions across the pre-commercial and commercial lifecycle of a drug. The company's approach is powered by Backstage Intelligence, the firm's proprietary data and intelligence market hub, which helps tailor healthcare professional and patient experiences.

According to Fishawack Health, this expertise, combined with its own range of medical communications, commercial and consulting capabilities, will provide healthcare marketers with 'unrivalled access to an integrated platform that is designed for competitive advantage'.
