Reports to Take Pulse of US Technology

Technology marketing consultancy Robins Consulting Group and trade press publishing group TMC in the USA have joined forces to produce a series of new market research studies covering a variety of technology products and services.

The TechPulse(tm) research is designed to discover, analyze and track the key perceptions, preferences and purchasing behavior of prospective customers for a variety of technology products and services, including VoIP and IP telephony, WiFi, CRM and contact center, biometrics, handheld computing, and other quickly evolving technology sectors.

The research being developed by RCG and TMC will be completely customer-centric. The TechPulseTM research will survey prospective customers' attitudes, perceptions and preferences regarding key attributes of the technologies, including current marketing messages and communications, applicable standards, features and functions, applications, benefits, and purchasing preferences and pricing.

Over the next few months, RCG and TMC will introduce a number of TechPulseTM End User Preference Tracking Studies for many of the fastest growing IP telephony technology sectors, including IP-PBXs, WiFi Telephony and Broadband VoIP.
