Forrester Launches Decision Service for Tech Execs

US-based research and advisory firm Forrester has launched a service to help tech execs reconfigure business structures and capabilities to meet the needs of future customers and employees.

To be known as the 'Forrester Decisions Service For Technology Executives', the service uses research, curated tools and frameworks, plus hands-on guidance, to help firms pull together 'future fit' strategies. Part of the Forrester Decisions research product portfolio, the new service is designed to help execs demonstrate the business value of technology, embed privacy and cybersecurity in their company, optimize tech stack and services, and deliver an insights-driven business. It can also be used to evaluate and experiment with emerging tech.

The solution includes three components, the first of which provides access to a data snapshot through which to explore consumer and business buyer attitudes, behavior and tech adoption. It also includes a core set of models and tools and access to peer benchmarks; and access to guidance sessions and events.
