$70m for Zero-party Data Provider Jebbit

February 8 2022

In the US, zero-party data platform Jebbit has raised $70m in funding, which it will use to scale the company across all departments.

Tom CoburnJebbit aims to help brands deliver personalized digital experiences based on data that is 'willingly and intentionally' shared by consumers. The firm's no-code platform enables companies to build interactive product and personality quizzes, lead generation forms and other features which gather zero-party and first-party data. The firm's no code quizzes are used by small and medium-sized businesses, as well as large global enterprises, across a wide range of industries, including CPG, retail and commerce, travel and hospitality, and financial services.

New funding comes from Vista Equity Partners, and will enable Jebbit to expand across product development, marketing and sales. Existing Jebbit investors K1 Investment Management and Manifest Growth will remain stakeholders in the company and continue to be actively involved in the business.

Tom Coburn (pictured), co-founder and CEO of Jebbit, comments: 'The investment from Vista is further validation that the global privacy changes that impacted social (media) advertising platforms' effectiveness paved the way for zero-party data platforms to become the number one marketing strategy for brands. Jebbit led this industry transformation by recognizing when brands deliver genuine value to consumers they will willingly engage at incredibly high rates and provide in return data that is critical for building lasting relationships'.
