Omnicom Buys Experience Consultancy TA Digital

In the US, Omnicom Group has acquired digital experience consultancy TA Digital for an undisclosed sum.

Headquartered in San Francisco and with offices also in Detroit, Toronto, Gurugram, Hyderabad and Jammu, TA Digital provides design, delivery and implementation of customer experience, digital content management and digital commerce solutions for enterprise clients. This includes analyzing customer journeys to predict future customer behavior, and using analytics and insights to understand client KPIs and goals.

Omnicom says the takeover will expand its own digital transformation, content management, commerce and customer experience capabilities. As part of the deal, TA Digital will join the specialist digital transformation and customer relationship management practice Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (OPMG), and its services will be closely aligned with user experience specialist Credera. TA Digital's management team, led by Rajiv Rohmetra, Koti Reddy and Ali Alkhafaji, will continue to lead the company.
