$100m for Commerce Experience Platform Amplience

March 17 2022

UK-based customer experience platform Amplience has raised $100m in a Series D round of funding, which it will use for continued expansion in the US and globally, and to support the development and roll-out of its technology.

James BrookeClients of the Amplience low-code platform can customize and personalize their customers' journey with targeting and recommendations. The firm's Dynamic Media software enables users to create hundreds of variants of their visual digital content from a single master asset, with the ability to auto-crop and scale for mobile screens. Content can be stored as data, which enables it to be reused for app, web site and mobile formats, and hierarchies allow organisation of relationships between content.

The new funding has been led by Farview Equity Partners and Sixth Street, with participation from existing investor Octopus Ventures, and brings the total raised to date to $180m. James Brooke (pictured), founder and CEO comments: 'At Amplience, our vision has always been to empower commerce, marketing and technology teams to create digital experiences without limits. We are doubling-down on product investment, and in scaling our global go-to market, customer success and expert services teams'.
