Personalization Specialist Fulcrum Gets Funds for CDP

Real-time personalization specialist Fulcrum has raised $5m in funding, which it will use to further develop its customer data platform (CDP) technology roadmap, and scale its business operations.

John GolinvauxDenver-based Fulcrum has developed a CDP which it says automates all aspects of customer personalization, using AI technology to help digital agencies, marketing teams, sales departments and others identify and respond in real time to known and anonymous customers. In addition, Fulcrum promises automation of personalization workflows to meet the unique requirements of every organization.

New funding has been led by angel investors, and brings the total raised to date to $7m. John Golinvaux (pictured), founder and CEO of Fulcrum, comments: 'With this investment, our team will be able to bring the power of the Fulcrum platform to more customers and continue to add new capabilities that make personalization the new standard for high-impact digital engagement'.
