New US Jobs Directory and Features

MrWeb has launched a directory of US-based recruitment consultants specialising in the MR industry, along with other features on a new-look US-tailored Home Page.

US content can be accessed via www.mrweb.com/usa. Feature articles with a US focus will appear on a regular basis - the first, available now, is the interview, recently featured in DRNO, with CASRO Chairman and former Head of NOP Simon Chadwick about the reasons for CASRO's recent split with fellow industry body CMOR.

MrWeb has been building its US audience steadily during the past nine months, but remains closely focused on marketing research professionals. Managing Director Nick Thomas says the new US content and layout reflect the growing importance of the US to the company. 'There's a certain critical mass of subscribers beyond which a web site takes on a life of its own, grows rapidly by word of mouth and acquires a community feel rather than that of a mere noticeboard. We think the US audience is at or around that point right now, and the new features reflect our commitment to providing it with relevant, useful content focused on the profession'.
