Seed Funds for Sustainability Intel Firm Continue AI

October 13 2022

Israel-based sustainability intelligence provider Continue AI has raised $5.7m in a seed round of funding, which it will use to accelerate its R&D and go-to-market efforts.

Beeri AmielContinue AI helps companies maximise the impact of their sustainability activities. The firm uses proprietary artificial intelligence to analyze millions of data points to determine which indicators are most important for an individual client to focus on, then advises on development of action plans to achieve sustainability goals and adhere to ESG (environmental, social and governance) compliance requirements. Enterprises can use the service to manage sustainability initiatives in-house, reducing their reliance on external consultants.

With its AI technology, the firm can also identify gaps in companies' ESG performance, and provide insights and best practices to help bridge these gaps using sustainability data gathered from hundreds of sources. CEO and co-founder Beeri Amiel (pictured) comments: 'Continue AI was born out of the need for organizations to strengthen their in-house sustainability expertise in order to actively transform the way they operate, however most of them lack the knowledge or tools to do so. Through our platform, we're able to harness the power of data to provide a new layer of sustainability intelligence business leaders never had before'.

The new funding was led by Grove Ventures and Maple Capital, with participation from Ride Ventures, Liquid2, and Kindergarten Ventures.
