Funds and Senior Hire for Customer Intel Firm Frame AI

December 2 2022

AI-driven customer intelligence platform Frame AI has raised $7.6m in a funding round, which it will use to boost sales, and expand its offer combining natural language and event data to understand customer journeys. In addition, Media6Degrees co-founder David Honig has joined the firm.

David HonigNew York-based Frame AI consolidates data across helpdesk, call center, CRM and other channels, to help execs in support, product and revenue functions. The firm's new Dynamic Cost Attribution solution combines budget information with AI analysis of support communication and lifecycle events, to identify drivers of operational costs.

New funding has been led by existing investors G20 Ventures, with participation from FirstMark, Greycroft, new investors Velvet Sea Ventures and ValueStream Ventures, and strategic investors Twilio and LiveRamp. George Davis, CEO of Frame AI, comments: 'Customer relationships are any company's most valuable asset, but making sense of them becomes exponentially more difficult as we access wider and wider audiences more frequently. Our new funding, partnerships, and team members will help Frame AI in its mission to make data from customer operations help every part of the enterprise run more efficiently'.

Honig (pictured) joins as Chief Commercial Officer from mobile-first company communications platform Dynamic Signal (acquired by FirstUp), where he served as SVP of Sales. During his career he has also held senior positions at social media marketing platform Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce), and co-founded cross-device targeting specialist Media6Degrees, now known as Dstillery.
