Opinion Research Corporation has continued strengthening its Advisory Services division with the appointment recently of Kevin Lake as Customer Strategies Research Director. Lake will be responsible for client guidance in areas associated with Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Value and Long Term Value.
Lake's career to date spans work for American Express, NICE Systems and as a senior consultant to AT&T. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events such as Securities Industry Association (SIA) functions, the International Call Center Management (ICCM) Expo, the Aspect Users Conference and Computer Telephony Expo; and has published articles in CRM Marketplace, CRM Destination and other industry magazines.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, N.J.
