Momentive Adds Three Tools to SurveyMonkey Enterprise

January 31 2023

Momentive has launched three survey creation features for its SurveyMonkey Enterprise solution and paid customers in the US. These include language personalization features, additional best/worst question types, and a multilingual e-mail collector.

Aleks BassMomentive provides online subscription-based tools through which individuals can create surveys, collect responses and analyze results, along with the SurveyMonkey Enterprise version for companies. The firm says users of its new features will be able to create professional-grade surveys without requiring 'deep research expertise', and that the addition of new logic capabilities specifically geared towards language personalization will further support multilingual survey deployment and analysis.

'Best/worst' questions have been added to allow survey designers to gauge relative preference and the importance of choices, which Momentive says will provide a more nuanced understanding of respondent sentiment. Finally, a new customized multilingual e-mail and SMS collector helps SurveyMonkey users to send e-mail or text invitations to surveys in the local language from a drop-down menu.

Aleks Bass (pictured), VP of Product Management, comments: 'Marketers, HR leaders, customer experience professionals, small business leaders, and more already benefit from SurveyMonkey's powerful yet easy-to-use platform, which helps them gain important audience sentiment to make strategic business decisions. With these new updates, we're offering our users even more ways to easily personalize their surveys and gain the actionable insights they need'.
